2. Booking & Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Prices are provided based on your travel requirements (vehicle type, distance, duration).
- Advance payment may be required to secure a booking. Full payment must be made before or at the time of travel unless otherwise agreed.
- Accepted payment methods include cash, UPI, bank transfer, or other modes as communicated.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations must be informed in advance via phone or email.
- Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing and vehicle type booked.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.
4. Use of Services
- Customers must provide accurate travel details at the time of booking.
- Any damage to the vehicle due to passenger negligence will be charged to the customer.
- Smoking, alcohol consumption, or unlawful activities are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
5. Responsibilities
- Angel Tours & Travels strives to ensure timely and safe travel but is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, accidents, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during travel.
6. Driver & Vehicle Policy
- All our drivers are licensed and trained. Passengers are requested to follow safety instructions.
- Vehicle allocation is based on availability; similar or upgraded models may be provided if the booked vehicle is unavailable.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Our liability is limited to the value of the service booked.
- We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
8. Changes to Terms
